Many college students graduate with a huge bill in their hands. They get their first job, and all of the sudden they don't have to eat Ramen Noodles for every meal. They have money to spend, and don't know how to manage it. One of the first things that many college grads do is buy a brand new car. This gives them one more payment other than school fees, insurance, apartment, ext... This is a mistake.

There are many ways to properly manage your budget after college. Most students that have graduated with a business degree have some sort of capital budgeting information from school. Others can take classes at their university about managing funds after college. One of the hardest things to do is learn everything right after college. There is so much thrown at you all at the same time that it is hard to understand it. One of the best suggestions is to read about it online, get a portfolio manager or speak with an HR person from work. Most employers offer many 401k and other benefits for entry level positions.
